History

Established in 1948, the winery went into hibernation several years ago. But the roots of history run deep, and it was only a matter of time before Bottelary re-emerged, to grow and flourish once more.

Energy and enthusiasm are blended with experience and patience to create wines for any occasion and a place to relax with family and friends.

The old is merged with the new. And every vintage promises to be a classic.

Ownership of Bottelary was taken over by Perdeberg Winery in Paarl and we at Bottelary are proud to be associated with the team at Perdeberg.
