Bottelary Winery has gone to great lengths to ensure your card information is secure - and stays that way. In short, you're probably safer using your card on our website than in a situation where others have access to your card or number.

Bottelary Winery delivers all over South-African and might expand to international cities if there is a big demand.
What is Bottelary Winery’s delivery schedule?
Bottelary Winery uses an outsourced delivery partner to deliver to you. Depending on your location this may take 3 to 5 working days as items are shipped from Cape Town.
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing, the cost is already included in the wine price, but, you have to buy a minimum of 18 bottles.
How do I buy something?
It's really easy. Just find the wine you're looking for, add the amount of 6 bottle cases, then click on "checkout" when you're ready to purchase what you've added, and follow the instructions.
Should I tip for my delivery?
Our drivers are fully remunerated, so it's not at all necessary to tip them - though tipping is a personal preference, and ultimately at our customers' discretion.
Do I need to log in?
No, it is not compulsory, however if you login, it speeds up your "checkout" process (for instance, we will already know your identity and delivery address details). It also enables you to keep track of your order for future reference.
How do I know whether I'm registered or not?
You are registered with Bottelary Winery once you've gone through our once-off registration process. Here, we ask you for personal details such as your name, contact details, and to create a password – so you can start shopping with us immediately – much like opening an account at a store. You will then be able to use your password to log in the next time you visit the website, which will help us to confirm your identity.
What is the difference between Log In and Register?
Register
Registering with Bottelary Winery is a once-off process where we ask you questions, which enables you to start shopping with us straight away.
Log In
Once you've registered with us, you'll have a password. You can then use this with your e-mail address to log in Bottelary Winery when you next visit us. Logging in enables us to confirm your identity, and allows you to access your account details.
Can I deliver wine to friends/family abroad?
At this moment, we're only delivering in South Africa, though we are planning to implement a much broader delivery service in the near future. We'll keep you posted ...
How can I pay?
You can pay for your orders using one of the following credit cards: Master Card and Visa. Unfortunately we don't accept cash on delivery.
Can I pay by direct deposit?
Yes, you can pay with electronic banking. You have to fax or e-mail proof of payment before your wines will be send to you.
